University Heights apartments have a large living room area and common balconies, many with great views. The units are conveniently located on the corner of 21st Street and Bill McDonald Parkway. Of our buildings, University Heights is located closest to campus.

At Taylor Heights, every unit has a large living room area, common balcony and free covered parking. Many units have washers and dryers located in the unit. Garages and storage units are also available for rent. Taylor Heights is located just behind the University Heights complex, just across the street from Western's campus.

Our Viking Gardens property provides each tenant with more private space, featuring larger bedrooms with individual sinks and vanity areas. Many rooms also have their own private balcony. This building is located across from Western’s Buchanan Towers dormitory.
