At Taylor Heights, every unit has a large living room area and common balcony. Many units have washers and dryers located in the unit. Free parking, some covered. Garages and storage units are also available for rent. Taylor Heights is located just behind the University Heights complex, just across the street from Western's south campus.

Our Viking Gardens property provides each tenant with more private space, featuring larger bedrooms with individual sinks and vanity areas. Many rooms also have their own private balcony. This building is located across from Western’s Buchanan Towers dormitory.
