Our leasing office is located in the University Heights apartment complex. It is within walking distance of both the Taylor Heights' and Viking Gardens' complexes.

The leasing office is open Mon – Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:00 p.m. We have leasing representatives there to speak directly to you. We have models open where you can actually go to the building to see what kind of room you will expect to receive. We even furnish them so you can see how your desk, bed and furnishings might look in the unit. We are happy to drop what we are doing, to walk with you and show you the models.

We will answer any questions you may have in a thorough and respectful manner. For many, this may be your first apartment, and you should know what you need to expect, from both your responsibility as a tenant, how roommate placement and issues are handled, and what kind of service you will receive from your management company.

No question is unreasonable.
