About Our Apts

Painless Properties LLC owns and manages University Heights, Viking Gardens and Taylor Heights complexes. All are located in the vicinity of 21st Street and Bill MacDonald Parkway, just across the street from Western Washington University.

All of our apartments are dorm style, shared living apartments. We are located directly across the street from Western Washington University. We rent to primarily college students from Bellingham’s local schools WWU, Whatcom Community College, and Bellingham Technical College. We have on-site offices, management and maintenance personnel.

Utilities and Cable are included in the rent for all 3 buildings. Free Internet is available in University Heights, and Viking Gardens.
