OUR LOCATION

Our leasing office is located in the University Heights Apartment complex. It is within walking distance of both the Taylor Heights' and Viking Gardens' complexes. The leasing office is open Mon – Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 p.m.

We have leasing representatives available to speak directly to you.

Our buildings include University Heights, Viking Gardens, and Taylor Heights. All are located in the vicinity of 21st Street and Bill MacDonald Parkway, just across the street from Western Washington University.
